California Court of Appeal

People v. Murillo, B246522

Conviction of defendant for first degree murder, two attempted murders, and possession of a firearm by a felon, is reversed and remanded for further proceedings where the trial court denied defendant's right to confront witnesses and irreparably damages his right to a fair trial when it allowed the prosecutor to ask a prosecution witness unlimited leading questions about the witness's out-of-court statements.
