Imposition of consecutive terms of life in prison without the possibility of parole (LWOP) on defendant for two special circumstance murders he committed at 16 years of age is affirmed, where: 1) in determining whether to impose LWOP on a juvenile who has committed murder, no particular relevant factor predominates under the law; 2) the trial court may give such weight to the relevant factors as it reasonably determines is appropriate under all the circumstances of the case, so long as the trial court gives due consideration to the offender's youth and attendant characteristics; and 3) the sentence is therefore constitutional despite the possibility of rehabilitation as a factor for consideration.
