In re A.B., A140804

Orders removing two minor children from the home of their mother, placing them in the homes of their respective biological fathers, and denying the mother reunification services, are affirmed, where: 1) the mother did not have a due process right to a further evidentiary hearing on the home visit reports before the court could deny her family reunification services; and 2) the mother's offer of proof was insufficient to warrant further hearing, as it failed to specify any evidence that would have cast a doubt on the social worker's conclusion that the minors were safe and well cared for in the noncustodial parent's home.
