Order denying, in part, defendant's Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16 (anti-SLAPP) special motion to strike is reversed, and the matter is remanded to the trial court to enter a new order granting the special motion to strike in its entirety, where the conduct underlying the conspiracy, malicious prosecution, abuse of process, libel, slander, and intentional infliction of emotional distress causes of action is protected activity under section 425.16, and plaintiff cannot prevail on the merits as a matter of law.
