Conviction of defendant for unauthorized entry into prison grounds by an ex-convict is affirmed, where: 1) even though a jail official gave defendant apparent consent to enter, the jail official was unaware of defendant's prior conviction and thus could not actually consent to defendant's entry without knowledge of the prior conviction; and 2) the burden was on defendant to inform the official of his ex-felon status.
