Petition for writ of mandate to challenge an order of the Superior Court of Orange County denying petitioner's motion to dismiss the petition for revocation of her parole for lack of due process and pursuant to section 3044 is granted in part, where in parole revocation proceedings, a parolee is entitled to arraignment within 10 days of an arrest for a parole violation, a probable cause hearing within 15 days of the arrest, and a final hearing within 45 days of the arrest.
