In this land sale action brought by plaintiff alleging breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation, summary judgment in favor of defendant appraisal company and individual appraisers is affirmed, where: 1) plaintiff failed to raise a triable issue of material fact to show that defendants intended to supply information to him to influence his decision whether to buy the property-at-issue; and 2) the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying plaintiff’s request for leave to file an amended complaint to assert a cause of action for breach of third party beneficiary contract.
