California Court of Appeal
Guerrero v. PG & E, A139429
In this putative class action, plaintiffs sue defendant PG&E for deceptively representing to the California Public Utilities Commission and the public how much revenue it require to provide safe and reliable natural gas service. The trial court's decision to sustain PG&E's demurrer without leave to amend is affirmed, where a judgment for plaintiffs would interfere with the continuing jurisdiction and performance of the Public Utilities Commission in their pending regulatory matters against PG&E.
