California Court of Appeal

People v. Clark, B253036

Conviction of defendant for possession of cocaine and of a short-barreled shotgun is affirmed, where the trial court did not err when it denied defendant's suppression motion, as, even though there was no showing on the issue of whether the marijuana found in defendant's resident was possessed or cultivated for medical use, the affidavit in support of the search warrant established probable cause to search.
