Order denying defendant-surety's motion to set aside summary judgment, to discharge forfeiture, and to exonerate a bail bond is affirmed, where: 1) under section 1305.6 of the Penal Code, the appropriate test for good cause contains an objective reasonableness component and a subjective good faith component, and in determining whether a surety acted for good cause, courts must consider the totality of the circumstances; and 2) the surety failed to show that an objectively reasonable bail agent would have been misled about the status of the bond by the copy of a minute order provided by the clerk of court's office.
