Conviction and sentence of defendant Gales for attempted voluntary manslaughter and shooting at an inhabited dwelling is: 1) affirmed with respect to the conviction, where an aider and abettor of a 'shooting at an inhabited dwelling offense' need not know of, or share, the perpetrator's specific intent to shoot at an inhabited dwelling; and 2) modified with respect to the sentencing of each defendant, where their sentences contain errors.
