Summary judgment rejecting plaintiff's attempt to invalidate the compact between the state and the Graton Indian Tribe authorizing the operation of a gaming casino on a 254-acre parcel in and adjacent to a city park is affirmed, where: 1) by virtue of the Graton Act, the Graton Tribe acquired jurisdiction over its reservation in conformity with the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act; and 2) the compact was therefore also in conformance with federal law and consistent with article 4, section 19(f) of the California Constitution.
