Conviction of defendant for voluntary manslaughter, attempted voluntary manslaughter, and imposition of enhancements for personal use of a firearm is affirmed, where a Penal Code section 12022.5(a) enhancement is applicable in any case that a Penal Code section 12022.53(d) enhancement applies.
