California Court of Appeal

In re Jaden E., A139117

In this dependency appeal, the Mother alleges that the discretionary reunification services offered to her were unreasonable and therefore termination of those services was improper. Order of the juvenile court terminating the reunification services she was receiving pursuant to section 361.2(b)(3) of the Welfare and Institutions Code is affirmed, where: 1) when a minor is placed with a previously noncustodial parent at disposition pursuant to section 361.2, a reasonable services finding need not be made at subsequent hearings monitoring that placement; and 2) nevertheless, there was no abuse of discretion in the termination of the Mother's reunification services.
