Petition for writ of mandate challenging the denial of petitioner's motion to deem unenforceable the cost portion of an earlier judgment, and challenging the denial of petitioner's motion to quash the judgment debtor examination, is granted and both orders are vacated, where because the court reversed the judgment "in all other respects", their disposition reversed not only the judgment of nonsuit, but also that portion of the judgment which awarded costs to real parties.
