Conviction and sentence for two counts of receiving stolen property and one count of identity theft is affirmed, where: 1) defendant's Caperton motion was filed in bad faith, and denial of the motion was not a due process violation with the meaning of Caperton; 2) there is no evidence of retaliation or vindictive prosecution with regard to the charge of receiving stolen property; 3) because the ATM photos were computer generated, foundational testimony showing the accuracy and reliability of the photos was not required; and 4) the alleged error, if any, in admitting evidence of other crimes was harmless.
