California Court of Appeal

In re J.S., E060554

Termination of Mother and Father's parental rights to their son, J.S., is affirmed, where: 1) the juvenile court did not err by finding the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) inapplicable to this case, and no harmful errors were made with regard to the ICWA inquiry and notice requirements; and 2) the Mother's request that this case be heard before a different judicial officer upon remand is a moot issue.
