Conviction on retrial for multiple counts of lewd acts upon a child under age 14 is affirmed, where: 1) the court did not err in admitting both the testimony that one victim gave in the first trial and the evidence of the of the prior offense against another victim; 2) there was no prosecutorial misconduct, and in fact, the comments made to the jury could be seen as ameliorative; and 3) the sentence of 27 years to life is not excessive.
