California Court of Appeal

People v. Youn, B253401

In this suppression action brought by defendant-driver, contending that a warrantless draw of his blood violated the Fourth Amendment, the order denying defendant's motion to suppress evidence is affirmed, where the blood draw was conducted in objectively reasonable reliance on binding appellate precedent within the meaning of Davis v. United States and therefore was not subject to the exclusionary rule.
