Kao v. University of San Francisco, A135750

In this suit brought against defendant University of San Francisco (USF) by plaintiff-employee for violations of the Fair Employment and Housing Act, the Unruh Civil Rights Act, the Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, his right to privacy, and for defamation in connection with the events surrounding his termination, judgment in favor of defendant is affirmed, where USF could lawfully require that plaintiff take a fitness-for-duty examination after faculty members and school administrators reported that his behavior was frightening them.
