In this dissolution of marriage action, the trial court's ruling that a pre-petition, post-separation property settlement agreement is enforceable, is affirmed, where: 1) section 2105(a) of the Family Code and other provisions in Chapter 9 do not require an exchange of disclosure declarations for a pre-petition agreement to be enforceable, even when spouses make the agreement in contemplation of dissolution; and 2) In re Marriage of Burkle (2006), 139 Cal.App.4th 712, does not extend statutory disclosure requirements to pre-petition agreements.
