Order terminating the mother and father's parental rights over minor Jayden M. is affirmed, where: 1) section 366.26(n)(3)'s notice requirements do not apply when a child is removed from potential prospective adoptive parents prior to the termination of parental rights, as occurred here; 2) there is substantial evidence to show that Jayden M. was adoptable; and 3) the trial court did not err in denying the mother's request for continuance.
