In this action following the foreclosure and sale of plaintiffs' home to defendant Wells Fargo Bank, the trial court's denial of plaintiffs' request for a preliminary injunction and sustaining of defendants' demurrers is: 1) reversed in part, where plaintiffs have pled viable causes of action for the equitable cancellation of the trustee's deed obtained by Wells Fargo based on their allegation that Wells Fargo did not comply with National Housing Act requirements incorporated into the deed of trust; and 2) affirmed in part as to the remainder of the trial court's demurrer rulings.
