Conviction of defendant for being in violation of transient sex offender registration under Penal Code section 290.011(b) is affirmed, where: 1) defendant is a transient sex offender with prior convictions; 2) a transient sex offender is required to provide current information as to all places where he or she sleeps, eats, works, or engages in leisure activities, and must register within five workdays at the address of any residence to which he or she moves; 3) the definition of residence includes homeless shelters under section 290.011(g); 4) defendant failed to register while staying at a homeless shelter, properly a residence under section 290.011(g).
