Juvenile court order declaring mother's two children dependents of the court is affirmed, where: 1) jurisdiction was proper based on father's conduct; 2) the evidence showed that following the mother's abandonment of her children, father failed to provide food, clothing, and medical care that caused or posed a substantial risk of serious physical harm to the girls, and mother's failure to provide was a contributing factor; and 3) there was sufficient evidence regarding the mother's failure to protect her children from their father's neglect and sexual abuse.
