J.M. v. G.H., B242123

The trial court did not abuse its discretion in granting joint physical custody of the parties' child to both Father and Mother, and allowing Mother to take the child with her to live in Israel during the school year, where: 1) the trial court was not required to make findings regarding whether measures were necessary to prevent Mother from abducting the child; 2) the trial court imposed adequate protective measures; 3) the custody order was not an abuse of discretion; and 4) the trial court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to set aside the judgment.
