People v. Redd, F065225

Defendant-inmate's convictions of conspiracy to commit the crime of communicating with a prisoner without permission and conspiracy to pervert or obstruct justice are: 1) reversed in part, where there is insufficient evidence to support the conviction for conspiracy to pervert or obstruct justice based on attempting to bring tobacco into a state prison; but 2) otherwise affirmed in all other respects.
