People v. Sweeney, E056132

Defendants' convictions and sentences of 65 counts of white-collar crime are: 1) affirmed as to the convictions, where sufficient evidence shows that defendants were engaged in an endless chain scheme and the unlawful sale of securities; and 2) modified in part as to their sentences, where the matter is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings to reconsider the amount of the restitution fee based on the relevant statutory factors and to make various corrections of the fines, fees, and typographical errors.
