Following the juvenile court's assertion of jurisdiction over the minor due to mother's mental condition, the juvenile court's order maintaining jurisdiction is affirmed, where Welfare and Institutions Code section 364(c) permits the juvenile court to retain jurisdiction if there is sufficient evidence to support such retention, notwithstanding the recommendation of the Department of Children and Family Services to terminate jurisdiction.
