The trial court's order reappointing a conservator of defendant's person under the Lanterman-Petris-Short (LPS) Act is reversed and remanded, where: 1) there was no court order requiring defendant to submit to a mental examination; and therefore, 2) the trial court abused its discretion in issuing a terminating sanction pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 2032.410.
