People v. DeVaughn, E052088

In an appeal involving three defendants' multiple convictions and sentences arising from their roles in a loan fraud scheme: 1) for defendant Michael DeVaughn, the enhancement under Penal Code section 12022.6(a)(2) as to count 10 and the money laundering counts 18, 19, 20, 21 and 33 are reversed, the sentences imposed for them are stricken, and the terms for counts 12, 29, 38 and 46 are stayed pursuant to section 654; 2) for defendant Anthony DeVaughn, the money laundering counts 18, 19 and 33 are reversed and the sentences imposed for them are stricken, he is to be resentenced for count 44 and is to receive 2165 days of credit; and 3) for defendant Macey, counts 20 and 21 are reversed, the sentences imposed for them are stricken, and he is to be resentenced on his remaining convictions.
