The trial court's post-judgment order refusing to dismiss defendant's four convictions for various sex offenses following his successful completion of probation is: 1) reversed in part, where Penal Code section 1203.4(b) does not prohibit dismissal of defendant's convictions for violating sections 288a(b)(2) and 289(i); but 2) affirmed in part as to the order denying relief under section 1203.4 as to defendant's two remaining convictions.
