Judgment adding defendant Weinberg as a judgment debtor to a judgment against defendant Weinberg Professional Law Corporation is affirmed, where: 1) there was substantial evidence of defendant Weinberg's liability as an alter ego of the law corporation; and 2) the trial court properly exercised its jurisdiction under Code of Civil Procedure section 187 to add defendant Weinberg as a party to the judgment.
