The order of the juvenile dependency court denying Father's petition seeking custody of his minor son, or in the alternative, family reunification services, is reversed and remanded, where: 1) any harm resulting from the failure to apply the finding of detriment to the child standard to Father's request for custody did not result in prejudice because at the time the court considered Father's custody request, the minor had left his placement and his whereabouts was unknown so the court could not make any accurate determination of detriment because the minor's condition was not known; but 2) the juvenile court erred in denying Father reunification services.
