In an action for alleged violations of a written easement agreement, the trial court's post-judgment order awarding contractual attorney fees to defendant Affirmed Housing Group, a managing member of defendant San Jose Family Housing Partners, LLC, is affirmed, where: 1) the trial court did not err by failing to apportion fees between the defendants; 2) the trial court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to reduce the lodestar amount; and 3) the trial court did not abuse its discretion by awarding affirmed attorney fees on appeal.
