California Court of Appeal
People v. Kendrick, B246217
The trial court's finding that defendant was in violation of probation imposed following his plea to two counts of committing a lewd act upon a child, and order revoking and terminating probation, and lifting the stay of execution on defendant's 10-year sentence, is affirmed, where: 1) defendant forfeited any challenge to the probation condition precluding access to the Internet without prior authorization, because it was not raised in the trial court; and 2) the trial court did not abuse its discretion in revoking and terminating defendant's probation.
