Following defendant's completion of the felony drug court program, the trial court's order reducing defendant's felony driving under the influence (DUI) charges to misdemeanors, dismissing the charges, and dismissing defendant from probation in the interests of justice is reversed and the felony charges are reinstated, where the trial court erred in failing to give the People the proper statutory notice.
