Yvanova v. New Century Mortgage Corp., B247188

Dismissal of an action against numerous financial institutions alleging the mortgage and deed of trust on plaintiff's residence were improperly securitized and assigned from the original lender to several successive mortgagees and trustees, and ultimately improperly sold at foreclosure, is affirmed, where: 1) the only cause of action in the complaint was entitled "To Quiet Title"; and 2) plaintiff failed to state a cause of action for quiet title in that she failed to allege she tendered the loan balance.
