Summary judgment entered in favor of defendant-employer in an action for unpaid overtime for alleged "off-the-clock" work as an hourly Outpatient Pharmacy Manager is affirmed, where: 1) none of the evidence presented by plaintiff, considered independently or collectively, is sufficient to support a finding that defendant was aware of his unreported overtime hours; and 2) plaintiff failed to create a triable issue of a material fact essential to his claim, so defendant's motion for summary judgment therefore was properly granted.
