In an action alleging professional negligence and elder abuse against defendant-hospital in which plaintiff alleges that defendant's under-staffing and under-training led to her fall while in defendant's care, the trial court correctly sustained the demurrer to the elder abuse claim without leave to amend, where the allegations in the second amended complaint are not sufficient to render defendant's conduct in failing to provide adequate staffing anything more than professional negligence.
