California Court of Appeal
In re D.B., B249402
The juvenile court's judgments and orders declaring the minor daughter a dependent of the court are affirmed, where: 1) any error in finding jurisdiction under the original petition is moot because substantial evidence supports jurisdiction under the subsequent petition; and 2) the juvenile court's denial of mother's continuance request is not grounds for reversal.
