Dismissal of plaintiff's action for monies due under a commercial lease and postjudgment order awarding attorney fees to defendant as the prevailing party are affirmed, where: 1) a prior judgment against defendants' co-lessee who was jointly and severally responsible for the lease terms, bars the present action under the claim preclusion aspect of the res judicata doctrine; and 2) the trial court did not abuse its discretion in its award of attorney fees.
