The trial court properly denied defendant's petition to be relieved from the requirement to register as a sex offender, where although defendant's conviction had been set aside pursuant to Penal Code section 1203.4, the setting aside of a conviction pursuant to this section does not relieve the responsibility to register as a sex offender.
