The trial court did not err in denying defendant's petition for recall of his sentence under the three strikes law pursuant to Penal Code section 1170.126, where defendant's conviction of making a terrorist/criminal threat is a conviction of a serious and/or violent felony, and he is ineligible for recall of his sentence for that offense.
