Sentence for conviction of stalking in violation of Penal Code section 646.9(b) is affirmed, where although the stalking took place from 2009-2012 (a time period that straddled three changes in the law governing the rate at which presentence conduct credits accrue), there is no ex post facto violation because of the continuing nature of defendant's criminal conduct. Defendant's presentence custody credit is adjusted but judgment is affirmed in all other respects.
