California Court of Appeal

Supreme Court People v. Archuleta, E049095

On remand from the California Supreme Court, the previous judgment in Archuleta I is affirmed in its entirety, where although the use or admission of an out-of-court testimonial statement violated the confrontation clause under Crawford, the federal constitutional error was harmless beyond a reasonable doubt.
