The trial court's grant of three years probation and imposition of fines and fees on defendant following her no-contest plea to one misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance is affirmed but modified, where: 1) this court has jurisdiction over the appeal; and 2) the judgment must be corrected to impose but stay a mandatory probation revocation restitution fine.
