Summary judgment in favor of defendants on plaintiffs' second amended complaint for negligence arising out of an erroneous DNA test result used to determine plaintiff-minor's paternity is affirmed, where: 1) defendants' alleged conduct on which plaintiffs rely falls within the Civil Code section 47(b) litigation privilege, and 2) the trial court did not err in denying leave to amend the complaint.
