California Court of Appeal
People v. Garcia, H039603
Following defendant's plea of no contest to two counts of lewd conduct on a child under 14, the trial court's imposition of sex offender probation conditions requiring defendant to successfully complete a sex offender management program, waive his privilege against self-incrimination and participate in polygraph examinations, and waive his psychotherapist-patient privilege to enable communication between the sex offender management professional and supervising probation officer, is affirmed, where the conditions do not violate defendant's constitutional rights, are not overbroad, and are not unreasonable.
