The juvenile court's jurisdiction findings and disposition order that included removing the minor from the custody of the mother and stepfather on findings of abuse, are affirmed, where: 1) the juvenile court properly exercised emergency jurisdiction under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA) over the minor whose home state was Arizona; and 2) any error in failing to follow the procedural requirements of the UCCJEA was harmless.
