In re Cristian I., B248035
The juvenile court's jurisdiction findings and disposition order that included removing the minor from the custody of the mother and stepfather on findings of abuse, are affirmed, where: 1) the juvenile court properly exercised emergency jurisdiction under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA) over the minor whose home state was Arizona; and 2) any error in failing to follow the procedural requirements of the UCCJEA was harmless.
